Bug in the mission 'retrieve contact codes from the archive'

Hello, I would like to report a problem I've been having with the game Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. I'm playing on PS4. In the mission 'retrieve contact codes from archive' where you're playing as Cere I exited the game during the cutscene with Darth Vader. Then when I started the game again, the room had changed and the button I had to push to start the cutscene was gone. So now I'm stuck. Darth Vader doesn't appear and I didn't fight him yet. I've contacted EA support, they told me it was a softlock. None of their tips like deleting the game and then downloading it again or updating the system/game worked. 

Did anyone come across a similar problem, or does anyone know how to fix it? Would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
