    Hello everyone,

    They seem to be working on the issue. Yesterday a patch dropped for PC and a patch for console will come today (2 may 2023)

    - Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn’t save after leaving the chamber and die.

    I had the same issue. I spastically jiggles right stick while spamming L2 after trying all the other “fixes”. It’s the only thing that worked for me.
