I have tried all the step and I still can’t livestream from my series S I had the same problem when Minecraft legends first came out , I just hope this can be fixed soon as I promised to livestream it for my followers

This solution does not work, region is NA , what’s up with this?
I've also done all the steps and can't stream this game but can others. I'm in Panama.
