Are you still unable to live stream the game via your Xbox Series S or X?
Could you please try these steps and let us know how it goes?

Also, can you please mention which region you are in?
I’m also having this same issue. I can stream every other game in my library just not this one and it’s very frustrating. I could understand if it was one or maybe two people then it would be something on the user side but it’s a lot of people having this issue then it’s the game itself. Please address this immediately we’ve all paid our hard earned money and we expect the game to run correctly. My location is USA .

It's working as it should now, thank you.
It's not allowing me to Livestream the game either, and I was really hoping to live stream the game and continue the story with everyone
