Fractured Tradition freezes 100% of attempts (Xbox One S)

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform: Xbox One S
Summarize your bug Game freezes and won't respond after Fractured Tradition force tear has finished.
How often does the bug occur? 100%
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Initiate the Fractured Tradition force tear on Jedha, then finish the challenge.

What happens when the bug occurs? Upon finishing the challenge (either win or lose), the game freezes on the loading screen. I have to force quit the game with the Xbox menu.  Winning the challenge does not get saved.

What do you expect to see? After completing the challenge, the loading screen should finish and Cal placed back on Jedha.  Or at the very least, save the progress before freezing so that I get credit for completing it.

Workaround attempts that failed? I tried turning off the visual enhancements (motion blur, film grain, etc.).  I tried initiating the challenge as soon as I could have after turning off the Xbox and reloading the game.  I tried making further progress in the story then coming back later.  All attempts failed.

    I need help with this too, I tried everything, even Uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and nothing

    I was eventually able to complete the challenge without freezing.  I wish I knew exactly why it did though.  It was freezing for me during the first visit to Jedha.  The second visit was when I had success.

    Maybe try again after doing more of the story and collecting stuff on Jedha.  I feel like the game became more stable overall the further along I got and more collectables I found.

    Yeah it happens onme too. I am using a Zephyrus G16 5080 spec, and it's 100% that everything would freeze and then the game will crash after I win this challenge. Maybe I should try to do more of the story? Or what? It's really annoying. However my PC with a 3080Ti Vulcan has no problem.
