Summarize your bug Unable to return through passage blocked by wires to hangar bay, wires are cut but there still seems to be collision. Unable to access area for masi, fenn + Cleo bounty as did not activate elevator on that side.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete story on Nova Garon, do not activate the elevator that will take you to left hand. Leave Nova Garon, complete array mission and complete bounties till you have masi, fenn & Cleo. Return to Nova Garon, head to passage that will take you through to top of hangar bay blocked by wires. See they are cut from previous trip but walking into them will not allow the player through. Cannot cut them again.
What happens when the bug occurs? Blocks progress on bounty quest for masi, fenn & Cleo cannot proceed if haven't activated elevator in previous visit.
What do you expect to see? Cal able to go through passage as normal since wires are cut

@Zagfros Did you unlock the other shortcut on the other side of the hangar? You might need to take the long way around, but perhaps you'd still get to where you wanted to go. Alternately, some players have reported getting past other barriers by simply spamming jump/dash/slash/etc. until Cal popped out on the other side.
