Jedi Survivor crashing on startup, any new info?

Attached is my dxdiag, I can't figure out what else to do here about only playing the logo splash screens before the game force quits with no error messages.

- Installed the v531 drivers that nvidia released for the game, didn't work

-Repaired the files, same problems

-Reduced display and active signal resolutions, didn't work

-set my gpu to unlimted cache and max performance power settings, nothing changed.

-All overlays and apps not required to run the game are turned off/disabled.

I feel like my system is not compatible with the game even though your site says it will run on a Win 10 pc.

I miss error messages.

  • Thanks for attaching a DXDIAG report straight away. It helps.

Fortunately (unfortunately?), the DXDIAG report doesn't show anything obviously wrong.

Where did you buy the game (Steam? directly from EA?) and how are you launching it (EA App? Steam?)?

I bought the game from epic games. I can launch it or tried to launch it from both epic games and EA play. It rolls through the splash screen then dies immediately. Almost like I bought a fake product that doesn't exist. No errors or anything to speak of. So I have decided I will just ignore the game for now.
