Hey @cj_art
To confirm what is your EA ID?
Also, would it be possible to get a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number?
cj_art is my EA ID, correct? Otherwise could you provide a link to instructions for finding my EA ID? I'm fairly certain this account existed before Origin and the EA Desktop app.
Can I provide both a DxDiag file and an EA App Error ID Number?
No I cannot provide both. There is no EA App Error ID Number. What is your technical support system so broken that a bug without an error cannot be reported?

Hey @cj_art
To confirm the EA ID will be what is shown in the EA app, you can also find it in your EA Account Settings.
You can reply to this thread with a DXdiag file and EA app Error ID, to get the Error ID follow the steps here.
- Click the menu icon (it looks like 3 horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the app, hover over Help, then click EA Error Reporter.
- If you’re playing on Mac, go to Help in the taskbar and select EA Error Reporter.
- Choose the Type of problem you’re having.
- Tell us about the issue you’re having in the Description of problem field.
- Check the box next to By clicking this box, you agree to share diagnostic information with EA.
- Click Submit report and wait for it to complete.
- Write down your Report ID and share it here.
Thanks!

Is this going to be fixed?
I have this same issue.
It will stream the loading bar from EA app, then the game will launch and the loading bar will go away causing the stream to stop.
Reconnecting the stream will just sit on a loading screen.

I would like to add that this is an issue with any EA App launched games through steam. Not just Jedi Survivor.
