LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 686] DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

Hello everyone, I have an Acer Aspire XC 1760 computer, and at a certain point in the movie that starts when you decide to start Cal's journey, when a large crater in the city of Coruscant appears, the game crashes, and I have the following mistake:

I am getting this error as well. In my case it happened after the game froze when trying to respawn forcing me to quit out. Now, whenever I try to get back in this is the error I receive it occurs when I try to use the "continue" option also when I use the "load"  option. I have an Nvidia 3070 and an AMD Ryzen 5 5600

Any solutions?

I am worried if I start a new game it will just happen again.

Is refund the only option?

The game ran fine right after launch and after the patch today. However the second time after patching when I try starting it I always crash before the game starts with this error:

What does this error even mean? Why does the game run fine after a patch, but then the second time I try it cant even start without crashing?

I have tried verifying game files, reinstalling EA app and GPU drivers, as well as just restarting pc.

Could someone from EA look into this for me, as I dont understand why this game runs well after patching, but only once.

It won't let me load a saved game.

I started the game over for the second time. I've reinstalled the video drivers several times.

The first time this started happening I had completed about 50% of the game content. It seems to only happen while on Koboh.

-reinstalling didnt work

-forcing game to start wiith dx11 actually plays the intro music but gives different crash noise

-repairing ea app wont work

completly resetting pc also still results in same error. 

II have send a ticket to ea support, will update the thread when I hear back

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? UNsure if it is the same on all games but it happens when i choose to continue my save
What happens when the bug occurs? Jedi:Survivor Crash reporter comes up with option to send report and close (which i have)
What do you expect to see? A playable game! for over £50 you would expect to at least be able to play through some of the early teething bugs

If I try to fast travel: crash
In a cinenamic: crash.

Today I can't play longer than 5 minutes without getting a crash

Tried to lower graphics to minimun. Restart computer, fix the game...

I'm playing on W11 on 12700k and 4070ti. All drivers and OS updated
