I bought the game on Steam, and the game gets to the opening scene as the LAAT/le patrol craft is heading to the point to descend into Coruscant before crashing (of course the screen has a great deal of red flashes & white outs before the crash), to show it i attached a screen capture image here,. the messages that have been given after the complete reinstall are below. can someone tell me what's going on?
Laptop
Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz
Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)
after reinstall messages...

@9e1cb563b0a8e643 The error means that the graphics driver hung for what Windows determined was an impermissible amount of time, so Windows "removed" (force-closed, basically) the driver. Since a demanding game can't run correctly without a graphics driver, it crashes.
The more fundamental problem is that your computer's GPU is significantly below the minimum requirement for Jedi Survivor. The minimum GTX 1070 is around five times faster than the Xe Graphics chip in your i5-1135G7, and the RX 580 is about 4 times faster. While a system that's a bit under the requirements might be able to run this game okay, that kind of gap is probably insurmountable.
If you don't have another system on which to play, you'll probably want to refund the game, at least for now.
@Psychoskysr If you're getting exactly the same error, try doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of the graphics driver with Display Driver Uninstaller. (Note: @9e1cb563b0a8e643 I don't think this will help you at all, and it might cause more problems too given that you're on a laptop with likely specially-modified drivers.) If you need more specific instructions, please see this:

@puzzlezaddict Thanks but do you know if AMD Clenaup Utility does the same job? If so, I have already done it several times and results are all the same.

@Psychoskysr It could work, sure, but it's not as thorough as DDU. Nothing is, which is why we always recommend it.
If that doesn't help, please undo any overclocking settings you've imposed no matter what tool (AMD or other) you've used.

Ok, thanks. I will try that one out too since I really do not have any other option left at the moment 🙂
