I have 18 hours in the game already, didn't have any problems with crashes until the second update which seemed to cause the game to crash on optimizing game files every time it launches. Any help would be appreciated!
Specs - Ryzen 3600, 32gb RAM, 3070ti, installed on M.2 SSD.
I've already tried -
- Run as administrator and disable full screen optimizations
- Repaired game through the EA app
- Cleared cache on EA app
- Cleared DXcache
- Reinstalled graphics driver
Crash Log message -
LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 686] hr failed at D:/depot/r8branches/r8release/Engine/Source/Runtime/D3D12RHI/Private/Windows/WindowsD3D12PipelineState.cpp:910 with error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED with Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
Hi @Joereevo Can we try a few more steps and check if this continues?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings
- Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for Jedi Survivor
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Tried those solutions and still can't seem to get the game to launch. I'm not running any apps that I wasn't running for the first 18 hours of gameplay. Any other ideas?
