Lucrehulk core scavenger droid not spawning

I too did not see the droid.
My first playthrough after what was suggested, if I ran to it once seen he digs a hole right there and disappears, let him run a bit to the cat walk then chase him down before end with a dual blade.

Prior to I been having performance issues on the Xbox Series X, being choppy, white boxes and screen tearing.
Was told to turn performance mode on, its under visuals in settings.
Field of view widest (prefer - from other forum mentioned narrower)
HDR brightness 50% and black point default.

Effects
Motion Blur off
Film Grain off
Chromatic Aberration off
Camera shake 50%

This setting made my screen whiter and the droid was easier to spot.
