Nekko stable shard glitched and yes I know what you have to do to get it

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug I’ve used every rare Nekko and mediated each time. I’ve followed multiple YouTube videos and nothing. I even did an entire other playthrough and it’s still bugged. I know how to do it it’s just bugged. It literally the only thing I need for the platinum so all I can do is hope respawn fixes it
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make the stable shard appear because I’m following the steps
What happens when the bug occurs? The shard won’t appear even though I followed the steps
What do you expect to see? The shard to appear

my entire game is bugged as I’ve tried the steps to make the stable shard appear and It wont

    Summarize your bug Nekko stable shard not showing up for a 2nd playthrough and I know the exact steps to make it appear
    How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Nekko stable shard will not show up throughout my entire game as I’ve done a second playthrough and it still won’t show up.
    What happens when the bug occurs? You need to find a rare Nekko like the pink,purple,green,albino,golden and red. You need to stable it and rest. It will then show up in the stable and you need to use force lift. But for me it hasn’t shown up and I’ve repeated this process at least 250 times.
    What do you expect to see? The shard to be there since I’m doing the exact steps to make it appear

    This is the only thing I need for the platinum and it’s bugged
