No Force Dash to move through rift passage

So I just got to rift passage on Koboh and I apparently need to use force dash to jump onto a platform. But to get this skill is on Jedha which isn't on my current map. Have I missed something? I tried using the ability but its not on cal yet but the game just took me to koboh?

@mitchkovacs You'll need to come back later to finish the puzzle, not only after Cal has learned Force Dash but (I believe) after the second trip to the Shattered Moon.
