[OPEN] Toggle Hold Pull feature stops working after a few uses

@AMrootie same bug here. toggle hold reset each time we die or rest. We need to redo off/on in parameters again and again :/

It doesn't work for me at all, let alone having to reset it. Either way thank you for saying something, hopefully this will get noticed.
