Purge trooper question
So a few questions about purge troopers. So in Fallen Order, you pull a purge trooper toward you and if they have a hammer or staff they fight you for a bit and then they lunge at you, right? And if you pull a commander, they just fire at you until you stop or something. But in Survivor, you pull a purge trooper and they just LET you push and pull them around and move them up and down. Why did they change that? That seems weird. Next question. How come I'm supposed to be able to mind trick humans but not animals, but then I can't mind trick purge troopers? Aren't they clones? HUMAN clones, not animals? Lol. Last question (I think). Why isn't there any purge trooper armor for Cal? Especially since they took away my precious Inquisitor Cal suit!
- @InquisitorCal Cal Kestis is supposed to have become significantly wiser and more powerful in the force between J:FO and Survivor, allowing him to overpower the purge troopers’ strength and instincts and keep their arms to their sides as he pulls them toward himself.
There is a skill in the Confusion skill tree that allows you to mind trick enemies that are mentally stronger such as purge troopers.
That is an interesting thought, but not one I would personally insist on. Although it was a bit of a disappointment to lose the inquisitor appearance for me as well.
