Try this steps:
- backup game saves and delete this folders:
"C:\Users\<Your OS user name>\AppData\Local\SwGame"
"C:\Users\<Your OS user name>\Saved Games\Respawn\JediSurvivor"
"<Steam_folder>\steamapps\compatdata\1774580"
- temporary disable any antivirus and firewall software
- install this with Admin rights:
https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe
https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
- restart EA app with Admin rights
- run "App recovery" from menu of EA app
- restart EA app with Admin rights and make game files repair.
- try run the game.
