@wgs1od71n0z9 There's a separate bug report for an occupied plot that's somehow still empty:
For your particular issue, please check the rest of the garden to make sure you have all ten plants fully grown, i.e. the "ghost plant" in your save isn't the only one of its type. If necessary, plant a new one, and see whether it helps.
