Mine is also doing this.  How do you code it so there is only one way up, but it can bug out like this.  If you aren't 100% sure of your coding ability, always add duplicate paths...

Also the little robot that drops treasure isn't spawning nearby.

There is an alternate path, as I thought I was having the same problem. But you basically you want to fast travel to the "Forward Control Tower" which is at the very top of the Lucrehulk. When you get there immidietly next to it should be an elevator shaft, press the button to call the elevator up to you (it takes a while to get up to you so be patient) Hop on and ride it down and you'll be in the area of the force essence.

same problem as the others, but mine gets worse. while doing the bounty hunters the meditation points get disabled and you have to rediscover them? long story short i can NOT fast travel to the Forward Control Tower.

This could be a bug possibly that only you may have experienced. I finished the Main Story and along with completing all the bounty contracts and then proceeded to get this force essence. All my meditation points were still there afterwards.

Have you finished the bounty mission that is in the Lucrehulk? If not I might suggest finishing it, inform Caij at the Saloon, and then possibly save, travel back (restart your game if need be) and then see if you are able to travel to the meditation points.

Not the only one. I can't fast travel up there either. I think when I first went there, maybe I didn't interact with the meditation point

I'm also having this issue, and am also missing a second platform in the Lucrehulk area (Loading Gantry specifically). Pre-Jo the Cannibal, there's a floating container in the mud at the bottom of the Lucrehulk (just past the initial entry point squeezing through the doors after the Loading Gantry meditation point) that you can use to get across to the small container ship in the mud with multiple collectibles on it. Post-Jo the Cannibal, it's missing (see attached) - this is preventing me from getting to the container ship and getting the collectibles.

Same issue but I also have the problem where I can’t even ride the elevator because of white barrier shields so I can’t even get this essence at all or get to that location to %100

I'm having this problem, only I have no option in my list of Fast Travel options to go to the Forward Control Center meditation point. 😭

look the youtube video i posted a few messages ago, it should help you find a path.

The white barrier is there until you call the elevator down. It takes like 40 seconds though.

As for the small lift not coming down, I meditated, respawned the enemy there at the small lift , defeated them and immediately brought the lift down in one go. I'm on ps5. The R1 X option was there and held long enough to bring it down.

And then, when you get to the top of the elevator, exit the closed door opposite the one that is already open.
