@HomerDOHSimpson I agree the Grapple platforns that should be there are missing but show on the map as being available to go back up. There is even a final grapple point on the wall just next to the meditation point to be used aftr you use the grapple platformers.
That said, I replied to you specifically to point out that the caved in passage you used to exit the area with Merrin originall is blocked intentionally this is not a big. It was caved in and can not be used again because when we return there to exlplore or hunt down Bounty Hunters Merrin is no longer with us and if you recall the first time we exited the area with her to her teleporting us a lot and she is not there so you can't go that way without her.
But you are right as is the OP I was looking got the way out too when I went back and stared at the screen for 30 minutes looking for platforms that were just not there.
I hope they look into it.
Right now I think they are focused on further performace fixes though
