Slow update/ repair speed, stuck update, PC/EA App

    Alright I give up...

    I'm uninstalling the game completely and reinstalling it through the EA App... Speeds are at 110 mbps.

It seems the CDN (content distributing network) is still syncing. I used a VPN to jump to New York and can complete the download.
