Star wars jedi survivor deluxe content not showing up

I bought Star wars jedi survivor on steam, and later the deluxe edition dlc, but why wont any of the deluxe content not show in the game? It has driven me crazy

    same problem. Have been trying to contact Ea help. I have more EA advisor than friends now. still nothing changes.
