Unexpected Error

As I am playing on PS5.

I am going around and I get an unexpected error please start from save point 7 hours ago. I played for 30+hours

I did this and still everything I log on I get unexpected error.

I am at to confront Dagon at the Konoh observation.

I can't open the doors at the diagnostics corridor. 

I did the reset the console cache, delete game switch ps of for a while and switch back on doing reset download game. And then still same issues.

Spoke to EA and they said they would "Fix the issue"
