@CreepnDeath77 Unfortunately no and seems like the devs aren't going to fix it. It's only a few unlucky people like us who had the bug and so its not remotely a priority.
Only option is to playthrough again and I'm just not bothering with that.
I have this issue, but didn't get the trophy. No scan; no trophy.
