@hpn175v6e32g I also have this problem. It also happened in Forest Array and the Chamber of Detachment and doesn't go away after resetting the game.

@Northeastmite60 Yes, this seems to only be a visual bug. The game should still register any items collected by destroying Koboh matter. So far, anybody who I've seen claim they didn't get credit was just mistaken and had actually just not found one yet.

Adding a screenshot from my game in case it helps. As the map says, I've found all 40 collectibles, so I clearly had to burn away the vines.

Same I have 2 of the “open paths” that won’t go away. I also have a lost treasure icon in the same spot that won’t go away.

I assume it's this spot, right? I came to make a bug report about the same problem.
What's especially frustrating is I decided it was bugged when I first did this room, and then came back here when I was picking up collectibles because I saw a green spot on the map, only to realize it was the same stupid bugged one.

I have the same bug even after the patch, thankfully I was still able to 100% the game with all it's collectables and 100% exploration.
