Artifact Equipment Authorization problem

I have an update to report.
Yesterday I received an answer from a e-mail I sent before even posting here in the forum.
He explained that they were overwhelmed with Tickets and only now my case could be checked.
It was stated that my item had a problem, so he recreated the item on my character.
It was noticeable the change, the Cartel symbol on the Item changed from Bronze to Silver.I was able to use the item this time, but there was no message and no effect.
Just now, another member from Customer Support replied and after a process of re-buying the item from the Cartel Market,everything worked.
I'm able to equip EVERY artifact item, as stated on the page.
So, thanks for the help everyone. I hope that this case can help other people that has similar trouble.
