Just completed Taris. Torian was on the ship until I finished the conversation that sends you to Quesh. He is nowhere in the companion list or the crafting list and he only shows up on the ship for conversations with all the crew.
I'm also having the same exact problem. I have submitted tickets and not received any responses. This is STILL an issue. Please fix this.
I'm also having this issue. I submitted a customer support ticket and received only the automated "fill out a bug report" message as a reply. This sucks, as I don't want to progress my BH any further so that I don't have to revert to do anything.
