Cannot log in or reset password or security key.

I still have access to the email on the account and I receive the password reset email, but I’m asked for a Security Key that I no longer have access to. Can't reset password as need said security key can't log in to reset and no Lost Security key option is coming up on website.

And what are the opening times? I called earlier during the time thats listed, and all I got was "Our agents are currently busy" - Line ended. No queue.

The only opening times I have to share are also listed below each phone number available on EA Help.

Busy periods with no advisor availability can happen, though; please try again later or early tomorrow or Monday if you can't reach out today before the closing time.
