These numbers all come with additional costs and there is no native langauge option available to me.

As I am recieving the reset emails just fine, I seem to be inputting correct information and do not see a reason to burden myself with additional costs for a problem that looks to be in EA's end.

I would also like to point out that according to EU and Dutch consumer law, the first servicepoint I am directed too may not without my direct consent forward me towards a third party or other servicepoint and if such a party is nessecary, that first contact point is obligated to do this on the consumers behalf (unless consent is giving that the consumer will do this themselves).

I as a fellow swtor player have pointed you to how to contact swtor support with an account issue, when you call swtor support i am sure they wont direct you elsewhere

be aware ea support and swtor support are different support lines, ea support are not able to assist with swtor account issues

Completely irrelevant, the website says "press this link to get support", I did, I got directed here. I thereby should get the support I need from here, that's how EU and Dutch consumer law works.

I would say the problem is you are trying to reset a password whilst there is a security key on the account 

To remove the key you will need to know the password on the account, the only way to sort that sort of issue , is to call swtor support when the lines are open, verify as the account owner to get the key removed manually so you can reset the password on the account

I have my security app open and it's giving me codes. And again, EU and Dutch consumer law clearly state that the first point of customer service contact I am direct too is fully obligated to handle the problem and may not refer me to an 3rd option without my consent.

This is a player helping player forum, regardless of what laws you think apply here, no one here can assist you with the account issue you have

If you prefer not to call then a new swtor account will be your remaining option 

Then why does the official website with the support link guide me here ? EA played itself then trying to cheap out on it's customer support. I'll be filing a complaint than with the EU consumer authorities.
