If they ever get around to helping us (Preferred Status Players), my character's name that is having this issue is Doser on the Jedi Covenant server.
I can't afford to sub right now, but I will be able to in a few months. Although with that said with issues like this and ignoring Preferred Status Players. I may not want to resub or even continue playing the game at all. Preferred Status Players are paying customers. We may not always sub every month, but we do spend money on the game. Whether its through buying an occasional sub for a month or multiple months to buying cartel coin packs to buy items from the cartel market. We are spending money and we deserve some type of customer support and satisfaction.
I've been a Bioware fan since the first Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (I've bought and have played ever Bioware game since KotOR to the present as well.) and I've always been happy to call myself a Bioware fan, because Bioware has always created quality video game experiences. I've been playing SWTOR since April 2012 and have been proud to call myself a player of this game, but slowly ever since the launch of Knights of the Fallen Empire to now. I have been losing my faith in Bioware to create a quality experience and I'm becoming ashamed to call myself a SWTOR player. I really hope Bioware does something soon to change my mind, because my faith in them is running out.
