My name is Lance and I first want to apologize for the last email as that was an incredible mistake. I understand that you are unable to get back into the alliance base, I know how frustrating this is and I have seen a few cases like this. This is being caused because of an issue we had at the beginning of the month where preferred accounts were granted access to the newer chapters. We have been asked to advise all of our players to submit a bug report so that your account can be added to the list that is experiencing this. In the meantime there are no known workarounds that we can offer to help you get back into the phase and to wait for this to be fixed in an upcoming patch.
