Can't login... Somehow my credentials are invalid?

It's been a few years since I last played. Now I wanted to return and somehow my credentials are invalid. I tried to send a password reset, still no email. I tried username request, same thing, no email. I tried over all my emails, nothing. Support page demands usage of in-game ticket system. That's all well and great IF YOU CAN LOGIN! Tried remembering even older passwords, all failed. With the repeat failures, I created a new account using an alias of my main email, verified it, launched SW:TOR. First launch, it went into ULTRA-WIDE-SCREEN resolution despite none of my monitors supporting such. It froze on the LucasFilms logo. Launched it again, back to bloody ultra-wide-screen resolution. This time it completed loading. Menu is extremely squished, I see the gear icon in there. I click on it, nothing happens. I move mouse to where it should be, the button lights up. I click this relative position. Menu appears. I clicked on the relative position for Graphics, no setting to change resolution is visible, so I switched the defaulted "Fullscreen (windowed)" to "Fullscreen" then realized another issue... I can't apply changes since save/submit/apply or whatever the button is, is not even on the screen, so I don't know where the relative position might be. I literally CANNOT get help for my account and CANNOT submit the so highly demanded in-game ticket. These issues are something you'd hear back in 2010. Not 2026....

After much fighting with it after this, I was finally able to get the resolution corrected. I clicked on "?" as directed and I am greeted with TYPICAL EA PAYWALLS!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS??? GOT TO PAY MONEY JUST TO RECOVER MY BLOODY ACCOUNT???

This is probably the reason I stopped playing in the first place. I JUST WANT TO RECOVER MY ACCOUNT!!! Why must this be made extremely difficult?
