How did you solve?
did you reset the ea account per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/cant-subscribe/m-p/10578019#M78278 back on the 6th of August ?
- Still not able to subscribe. Tried resetting the password to the account I thought might be attached but nothing, same error
I cant subscribe either
