Deleted character with unclaimed items, anyone know how to restore? (Scooby)

I was on a test character and hopped onto the cartel market to buy some sweet cosmetics for an upcoming character so I bought some eyes and the legacy rocket boots as it's an all-account thing. I then added the Saul Karath clothes, Emperor thingy dye and a companion for the character I'd actually use. I hopped off of that character, deleted it and made another one and to my surprise I saw nothing in the unclaimed section and that's where I realised I messed up big time. Anyone know how to restore characters?
