Did you check the inventory of the character as unlocks can be an item to be consumed to activate on the account

    appreciate the reply and link

    support opened a new ticket to get back to me, says it may take 24 hrs to receive my items so heres hoping

    but yeah i checked inventory as well as collections and cargo, but nothing
