Got an email saying I was permanently banned 1 day after subbing, with no reason
All it says is that I broke the terms of service (which I haven't) and was banned 20 hours after purchasing a sub, I tried to call customer support but the guy on the other end couldn't understand what I was saying nor could he tell me why I was banned. I also sent an email off and still haven't had a response either, what can I do?

Unfortunately you cant do much else at this stage but wait for a response.
