Having a character creation problem

    Log in with the Charakter you bought the Races, open the Cartel Market Window, look on the left bottom side, there should be an claim unclaimed items button.

    Claim the items there oben your Invetory use the race unlocks.

    I've done this twice now... bought an Unlock from the Cartel and couldn't figure out the unlocking and.. unfortunately, I deleted the character that had the Unlock in the inventory.  *facepalm* I just wasted 600 Cartel coins. I feel incredibly stupid.

      Send an email to support@swtor.com, as a Subscriber use the In Game Ticket System, and ask to restore the Char or Item.

        You rock. Thank you.  I am a subscriber, so I'll just log back in and use the Open Ticket thing.  I'd love to either get the coins back or unlock the one char I was hoping to get.
