Help Needed : Lost PW and 2FA

In a bout of sheer dumb luck on my part, my password and 2fa were both lost, and I've been unable to recover either.  The password cannot be changed without the 2fa, and the 2fa cannot be touched without the password.

Does anyone know the correct route to reach out to for assistance?
