HK-55 not available after completing Arma Rasa Alliance Mission

Unable to get HK-55 as a companion AFTER doing Arma Rasa alliance mission.  Completed the mission, received the other rewards (the HK-55 skin and companion gift), but HK-55 is stuck in the "Contacts" -> "Chapters" section of the Companions and Contacts window.  All of the Chapter content on this boosted character.  I DID NOT do Yuun's "Find a Findsman" mission BEFORE I did Arma Rasa...I did it after.
