Having the exact same issue. can't call. steam says go to ea. ea says go to steam

EA cant help with swtor , only swtor support can assist (they are different support lines)

your Linked EA account has been disabled
use this link The email used on that EA account is the same email on the swtor account.
use incognito mode with chrome or another web browser to be sure the browser cache isnt an issue after

be sure to include the swtor account displayname if not sent from the email used on the swtor account
