I can't recover my SW:TOR account.

Question

Just like the title says: after who knows how many years, I decided to return to *The Old Republic*. The problem? I can't recover my account—no matter what I do. My TOR account dates back to around 2014, meaning I used the now-defunct SW:TOR Authenticator. Anyway, I want to get back into the game, but I simply cannot access my TOR account; I miraculously remembered my username, but I have absolutely no clue what my password was. So, I tried creating a new password. The problem? For some **bleep** reason, the change won't go through, and I keep getting this message: "Account security key, display name, or recovery code is invalid/expired."No matter how many times I try, I can't access the account, and I'm furious about the lack of options.

Best to call swtor support when the lines are open, they can assist getting you back into your account

Hey, had a similar problem.Did you use any special characters or symbols in your password? Try resetting the password again and only use capital, lowercase and numbers in your password.&nbsp; Hope it helps.&nbsp;
