i have subscription but it still says im preferred

hi there, while being under a refer-a-friend subscription i decided to buy sub again during it. it seems that the 7-day sub that i got from that ended so it thinks that i don't have sub anymore, but ...

I'm just seeing others with a similar issue and I believe it's not something a random other player can help you with. I suggest submitting a ticket to customer support and keeping this topic open for EA to look at. Think something is going wrong with transferring from the free playtime to a sub.

Im suffering exactly the same problem today - On the website it says I still have 58 days left of subscription play however ingame it has me as a pref status player Update ** I just finished a phone call to customer services and the person I spoke to went to talk to 2nd tier and they seem to have resolved the issue for me and Im now a subscriber again thankfully. If you are able try phoning the customer services.
