I didn't give the server (didn't even think to), but I did list the names of the two characters (both Jedi). And I selected "Character/Companion", because..well, it's my character that has the issue.
There seems to be an issu with the ticket system if it don't have server and Charakter Name it gives you fhis irritatig answers, with above informations most times one get a more usabel answer.
