Jedi Knight Legacy Achievement Missing

Recruited Sgt. Rusk but Bonds of Duty achievement says incomplete. Can I replay the mission to get it?

    You havent progressed far enough to get the mission Bonds of Duty , need to have reached at least KOTFE in the storyline
