EA QV TeamI don't believe broken up romances can be fixed or re-kindled by any regular user troubleshooting, and I'm fairly certain Customer Service are unable to do anything either. The only thing to do in this case would be to report it to the Bug Forums over at swtor.com.
Thank you for the reply. I am currently not a sub so I can't post on the forums, but I am fairly certain a number of people have posted about this same bug before. Are you certain that in-game customer service couldn't do anything? I mean it wouldn't be worth subbing and trying to ask them then? This really sucks :/. I would just remake the toon but I don't want to waste everything like my 44 level valour rank and such...
EA QV Team@Arilena I wouldn't sub just to submit a ticket, no. Romance stuff would be in the category of permanent story decisions, so customer service wouldn't be able to change anything about those decisions, even if they were unintentional or because of a bug.
