Launcher will not open

Launcher wont boot up to begin installing. When I look at the task manager the launcher.exe shows up, but the actual program does not pop up, I tried uninstalling, deleting everything, and reinstalling from scratch but unfortunately the problem persists.

Please advise

    Tried Resetting the Proxy, did nothing.

    Guess I will have to accept the fact that this is a very weird issue, bite the bullet and utilize the second user to access the program.

    Thank you though Proxos666 for you attempts at helping me solve the issue.

    If you do happen to work out what the issue is for you, if you could post it back here would be great.

    It may help someone else as well in future.

    Sorry couldn't help further , issues like this are very difficult remotely, especially if the clean boot made no change.
