Lost Security Key and don't remmember Password

Hi, I'm a returning player; the phone that had the security key app on it broke, and I don't remember my password. Is there any way for me to log in again?

I'm in Brazil, I sent a support email, but they say only in a call this can be resolved, so I have to call using a VoIP service.

I don't live in the countries listed for calling support. I also saw this list Getting help with SW:TOR from another country | EA Forums - 11002113 and my country isn't on it.

What country are you in? Only thing I can suggest is to use a VoIP service like Google Voice to place the call.
