Lost Security Key Due to Phone Dying

The screen i refer too appears after you press the signin button you see in your screenshot by entering the displayname and password correctly 

If they are wrong you get failed, in that case you need to call swtor support as the password is incorrect or the account is banned

Can't get that screen to pop no matter what I do, and calling isn't an option as those are available for certain big countries only. Wouldn't believe it's a billion Euro company.. Well, my solution is to kill the billing process from the credit company as I don't seem to be able to contact their "Support" any other way than calling like it's the 1980's..No need to login ever again even though it bothers me to leave a lot of Cartel coins not spent.. Clearly shows the game is literally dead as even the "Support" is non-existent and most of the help articles lead to dead pages, even from the launcher itself (which is ridiculous that they couldn't even fix those).

just be aware, initiating any chargeback on swtor will entail an account ban also on the linked ea account 

I would call swtor support when the lines are open, maybe voip or like here in australia most mobile phone plans include free calls to the UK etc now https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/swtor-support/
