Missing Cartel Market Item
So I have an issue.
About 2 months ago I bought Armor of Darth Revan from Cartel Market. About week ago I returned to the game. I had that armor in my character's inventory. Since items from Cartel Market used to be in collection forever (?) I decided to destroy them from my inventory to free up space in there. Later I noticed that there is no such armor in my collection.
So I have questions:
Does it occur as it should? Like premium armor just gone forever? If not, do you think is it possible to solve this problem without a ticket (subscription)?
In order for an armor set to unlock from your inventory, you must first equip all the pieces of the set once to unlock it in your collections. The tooltip of the item will reflect that. If you are a subscriber you can submit an in-game ticket to either have the item restored back to your inventory or to have the cartel coins refunded to purchase the item again.
If you are a preferred or F2P player, you would need to email support@swtor.com. Include the Character Name you deleted the items from, the server your on and an approximate date / time you deleted the items to have them restored or to see about getting the cartel coins back.
