I am missing the Infamous Bounty Hunters Armor and the Mythosaur Hunters Armor from my collections, despite having them in my appearances and equipped. I even checked my Cartel ledger and can see the purchase from 2025. I've tried using the EA support however the only time I could reach an advisor the guy closed the ticket as fixed after saying he'd move it up to someone. Now I can't even contact an advisor it's just greyed out.
I don't have the armor pieces themselves anymore only the use in my outfitter. I've tried contacting EA support with the purchase ledger to try and get the armor back but I can't get access to an advisor every time I try.
I think for the Infamous Bounty Hunter Armor, you need to equip 7 pieces in total to trigger the unlock and 7 for the Mythosaur, so could it be that you still have some pieces in your legacy bank or cargo hold?
It was equipped and modified before I used it in the outfitter.
My understanding you can not register an item by placing it in the outfit designer , you actually need to equip the gear just to be sure
